🍇 Bénédicte & Stéphane Tissot craft distinctive wines in the heart of the Jura, in eastern France. Based in Montigny-lès-Arsures, near Arbois, the estate is deeply rooted in a remarkable region where vineyards, forests and limestone soils create wines full of character.
🌿 The estate follows organic and biodynamic principles, with great respect for the soil, the vines and the natural balance of the surrounding environment. Each parcel is carefully tended to express the unique personality of its terroir, with minimal intervention in the cellar.
🍷 Their range showcases the emblematic grape varieties of the Jura, including Chardonnay and Savagnin for white wines, as well as Poulsard, Trousseau and Pinot Noir for reds. These varieties produce elegant, lively and finely textured wines, often marked by mineral freshness and remarkable depth.
